This Privacy Policy describes how Positor Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a New York State limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Add To Watchlist application ("the App").

What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google. We do not store your Google password.
• Watchlist data: The URLs you share, extracted metadata (titles, images, descriptions), and your watch status preferences.
• Device information: Basic device identifiers for crash reporting and app diagnostics.

How We Use Your Data

• To save and display your watchlist items with rich metadata.
• To sync your watchlist across your devices.
• To improve the app experience through anonymous, aggregated usage data.

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, cloud database, file storage, and hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy
• TMDb (The Movie Database): We send search queries to TMDb to fetch movie and TV show metadata (posters, cast, ratings). TMDb Privacy Policy

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services (Firestore and Cloud Storage) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your authenticated account only.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete individual watchlist items at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the account management features within the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
