These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Add To Watchlist application ("the App") operated by Positor Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a New York State limited liability company. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Add To Watchlist is a personal watchlist app that lets you save movies and TV shows from streaming services. The App extracts publicly available metadata from shared URLs and enriches it with data from The Movie Database (TMDb).

User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated systems to interact with the App in an abusive manner.
• Share your account credentials with others.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Positor Group LLC. Movie and TV show metadata, images, and descriptions are provided by TMDb and the respective streaming services, and remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Content

The App displays metadata from third-party sources (streaming services, TMDb). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this content. Content availability may change without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Positor Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
